Packaging:
Our troll-caught Alaska king salmon steaks are frozen and individually vacuum-sealed in 12 to 14 oz. packages. They are cut approximately 1 inch thick and cook evenly on the grill.
Storing & Thawing:
The vacuum-sealed king salmon steaks can be stored in your freezer for several months. The king salmon steaks can be thawed under refrigeration about 12 hours before preparation. The vacuum-sealed packages can also be ran under cold water to speed this up considerably.
Serving Sizes:
One steak per person is an average serving size for king salmon steaks when serving with additional dining entrees.
